The request is that you can burn 450 calories in 10 minutes with this routine! Awesome! It is extremely intensive, and seems to be lots of fun. I have not tried it either.

Tae Bo – I did Tae Bo, and lots of it! E ‘older, but I do not think that is out of fashion again. This is a fantastic full body workout! E ‘directed against the heart and increases strength, endurance, speed and strength. In addition, it is fun. I love boxing, Tae Bo as well, not really hitting the bags, it’s still fun and good for a quick workout. Be you ready very quickly. It is a combination of boxing and Tae KWONDO make a fun, fast music. Lesson lasts an hour, and is a high intensity training. It is designed for both men and women.
